Zoom 'Smart' Forms

In our constant effort to improve the form management process, we are excited to introduce our new 'Smart Forms' feature. Built with the latest technology available for data population, this new forms viewer/editor feature will improve efficiency within your forms workflow.

Here's an example of how the new 'Smart Forms' option will work:

The Smart Forms have been designed with the following requirements:

• Cross-browser Support
• Faster Loading Capabilities  
• Better User Interface
• Dynamic/Responsive Fields
• Government Form Validations
• Improved Form Generation

Typically, form solutions are dependent on PDF and Adobe Reader technology. With the changes in modern browsers, like Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari - which have their own PDF viewer, we knew we had to create a better, and more comprehensive, solution. We also wanted to reduce dependencies on 3rd party forms technology in order to prevent server downtime that was out of our control.  

Additionally, we've built in stakeholder drop-downs, so if a particular case stakeholder is incorrectly listed in form data, it can be changed within the form itself instead of having to go back into the case profile and update it.

Currently, this feature is only available for the G-28, but we will be adding it to more forms and updating you when we do so.
