As a part of this release, the following H-1B related Process modules and Zoom Questionnaire are now updated to include FY2026.

- H-1B Process Module
- Questionnaire for I-129H: H Classification Supplement to Form I-129 (From Employer)
Note: USCIS is yet to announce the H-1B registration period for FY-2026. Supporting the data transfer (e-filing) from INSZoom to the H-1B Registration Portal requires additional programming efforts, and can only be assessed after USCIS officially opens the registrations for H-1B FY-2026. Mitratech will send a follow-up communication when more details are available.
2. Reports 3.0 Updates
Applicable Editions: Enterprise, Professional
Applicable Country Subscription: All Countries
a. 'FN Status' Column Added to 'Case Request' Report
The Case Request report in Reports 3.0 has been updated to improve visibility for case managers. A new column, 'FN Status', now displays the status of the Foreign National (FN) record associated with each case request, indicating whether the FN is active or inactive.
The report will now display records for active FNs by default. Case managers can modify this selection to include inactive FNs as necessary.
3. Global Framework Updates
Applicable Editions: All Editions
Applicable Country Subscription: USA
a. I-131F Zoom-Defined Petition Template Added to the INSZoom Global Framework
INSZoom Global Framework library is enhanced with the addition of the I-131F Petition Template for the United States of America. The I-131F petition is used to apply for parole in place for certain noncitizen spouses and stepchildren of U.S. citizens who are physically present in the U.S. without lawful admission or parole. This parole allows the individual to remain in the U.S. temporarily without being considered an applicant for admission.
The newly added out-of-the-box (OOTB) petition template includes:
(i) Zoom-defined Questionnaire: I-131F: Application for Parole in Place for Certain Noncitizen Spouses and Stepchildren of U.S. Citizens
(ii) Documents Checklist
(ii) Process Steps
Form I-131F is an online-only form, and e-filing for this application is not supported in INSZoom. Case managers should file directly in the myUSCIS portal. However, they can use INSZoom's OOTB I-131F petition template to collaborate with stakeholders, streamlining the information collection process and managing the required documentation efficiently.
