1. Pre-registration Readiness for H-1B FY-2025

Anticipating the H-1B FY-2025 Cap, the H-1B Registration module in INSZoom is now being enabled for FY-2025 pre-registration readiness with the features from FY-2024.

Using the INSZoom H-1B Registration module, case managers can now start the data-collection preparation with their corporate clients taking advantage of the Data collection excel template and the Import Beneficiaries feature.

As a part of this release, the following H-1B related Process modules and Zoom Questionnaire are now updated to include FY2025.

Note: USCIS is yet to announce the H-1B registration period for FY-2025. Supporting the data transfer (e-filing) from INSZoom to the H-1B Registration Portal requires additional programming efforts, and can only be assessed after USCIS officially opens the registrations for H-1B FY-2025. Mitratech will send a follow-up communication when more details are available.

a. Czech Republic Form Updates

INSZoom Forms library is updated to include the following Czech Republic Forms.

b. U.S Immigration Form Updates - Form I-589

In this release, Form I-589 in INSZoom is updated to include Supplement A and Supplement B as part of the main PDF form for Form I-589. Previously, Supplement A and Supplement B for Form I-589 were supported as individual PDF forms.

Please refer to the instructions below to populate data to the Supplement A and Supplement B pages (if applicable) within the updated Form I-589 in INSZoom.

i. Populating Supplement A, Form I-589 for an existing case

The updated Form I-589 will include a Supplement A, page within the main Form I-589 PDF for existing as well as new cases. This enables Case Managers to provide details about a Foreign National's children directly within the main Form I-589 when there are more than four children.
To populate data onto the Supplement A page of the updated Form I-589 for an existing case, Case Managers will have to refresh the form data. Please refer to the image below.
Refreshing the form will delete any manually entered data on all the form pages and refresh data from the master data source such as Questionnaires.
The Supplement A page includes a placeholder for details about the fifth and sixth children. If there are more than 6 children in the master data source, additional information will be populated onto the ‘Zoom Addendum' section.
For previously attached Supplement A individual PDF forms in existing cases, data remains unchanged and can be used as a reference.

ii. Populating Supplement B, Form I-589 for an existing case

The updated Form I-589 will include a Supplement B page within the main Form I-589 PDF for existing as well as new cases.
For the Supplement B page within the updated Form I-589, only the A-Number and Applicant's name will be auto-populated (upon refreshing form data).
Case Managers will have to manually input data for all fields in the Supplement B page within the updated Form I-589 except A-Number and Applicant's name.
For previously attached Supplement B individual PDF forms in existing cases, data remains unchanged and can be used as a reference.
