a. U.S Immigration Form Updates

In this release, we are introducing two new supplemental PDF forms for Form ETA-9089, which will enable the Case Managers(CMs) to draft additional information for Foreign Worker Skills and Foreign Worker Work Experience.
These Supplemental PDF Forms are developed by Mitratech and are not official Government Forms. The purpose of these forms is to draft additional information on Foreign Workers for internal review with an Attorney. The data from these forms doesn't populate the Zoom Online ETA-9089 form or the Flag portal.

This new supplemental PDF form is designed to overcome the limitations of adding only 2 records in the existing official ETA-9089, Appendix A.E - Foreign Worker Skills section. This Form supports an additional 10 records for Foreign Worker Skills (Skills, Abilities, and Proficiencies 3 - 12).

This new form is mapped to the 'Skills, Abilities, and Proficiencies' sub-section in the Zoom ETA-9089 questionnaire.

This enhancement does not alter the number of records supported for the data population from INSZoom to the FLAG portal for Appendix A.D - Foreign Worker Skills section.
Form ETA-9089 – Addendum Sheet for Appendix A.E - Foreign Worker Work Experience (ETA-9089_APX-A.E)

This new supplemental PDF form is designed to overcome the limitations of adding only 1 record in the existing official ETA-9089, Appendix A.E - Foreign Worker Work Experience section. This form supports an additional 10 records for Foreign Worker Work Experience (Work Experience 2 - 11).

The new form is mapped to the 'Previous Employers Info' sub-section in the Zoom ETA-9089 questionnaire.

This enhancement does not alter the number of records supported for the data population from INSZoom to the FLAG portal for A.E - Foreign Worker Work Experience section.

Note: Form ETA-9089-APX-A.E replaces the Form ETA 9089-A1, Addendum Sheet for ETA Form 9089 that was previously supported in INSZoom.
