Product Updates - May 2023
1. Country-Specific Working Day Settings
Applicable Editions: Enterprise edition with global framework enabled
Applicable Country Subscription: All Countries
Currently, Firm Admin can configure the working days of the firm using the ‘Working Days List’ settings available in Advanced Settings. This configuration impacts the reminder/estimated dates calculated for case steps applicable to cases across all countries. Until now, firms didn’t have the option to define working days specific to a country.
With this release, Mitratech is introducing the ability for Firms working on global immigration processes to define country-specific working days (as exceptions).
To get started, click on 'Add Exceptions' to define working days as exceptions specific to a Country. With this change, the existing ‘Working Days List’ will be modified as ‘Global Working Days’ settings and will impact cases across all countries unless country-specific exceptions are configured.
In other words, if no exceptions are defined for a specific country, cases created will inherit the global working day setting to calculate case step reminder/estimated dates.
Note: This change does not impact firms in the Professional edition or firms in the Enterprise edition with no subscription to the global framework.

a. Germany Form Updates

INSZoom Global Framework library is enhanced with additional Forms for the following Germany Immigration applications.

Currently, INSZoom supports only the English version of the Canadian form mentioned below. With this release, INSZoom has extended the support for the French barcode form.
