1. Forms 4.0 - Improved user experience with an enlarged forms view area

2. New e-filing Desktop Add-on will now support 15 online forms for US immigration

Applicable Editions: Enterprise, Professional, Standard

In Q2 2020 (April), we beta launched the "e-filing Desktop Add-on” for Form DS-160. It supports all popular systems such as Windows, and Mac and all popular browsers such as Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari, Mozilla, and Edge.
Further in July 2020 release, we are extending e-filing support for the following forms-

This feature will be activated for Customers in phases. You will see in-app notification of the release announcement for your Firm. Please reach out to us at support@inszoom.com or log a ticket if you would like us to enable the new e-filing Desktop Add-on for your Firm sooner.

 3. e-Consent feature is now available in Professional edition

Applicable Editions: Enterprise, Professional

Now, Professional edition Customers can also subscribe to the e-Consent feature. The e-Consent feature allows to capture different consents for the Agreement policy, Privacy policy, Terms of Service, Statement of Truthfulness etc. electronically from Clients, Foreign nationals or other stakeholders.

In accordance with Data privacy and Security laws such as GDPR, CCPA, it is important to let Applicants, Corp Users know the scope and context of information being collected and how it will be used. e-Consent feature is a great tool that can help Firms establish trusted framework for data collection and applicant's (as well as external user's) interaction in the portals throughout case life-cycle.

4. Reports 3.0 Enhancements

1. PERM Report - "PERM Expiration Date" field included in the report output.

2. All Corporation Reports - "Client Employee ID" field included in the report output.

3. Client Details Report - Assignment/Project Start Date, Assignment/Project End Date, Assignment/Project Name, Assignment/Project Code, Assignment/Project Length, Assignment/Project Completed, Assignment/Project Category, Work Location and Supervisor fields included in the report output.

4. Lifecycle Report and NIV Report - 'PR Process Initiation - Target Start Date' and 'PR Process Initiation Date' fields included in the report output.
