Product Updates - August 2021
1. New Transfer Utility for FN Case Manager

In the INSZoom application, Firm staffs/ Case Managers/ Attorney can be assigned at different levels such as Corporation, Foreign National and at a case depending on their scope of responsibility. Previously, INSZoom supported the bulk reassignment of Case managers assigned at only case level using Case Copy/Move Transfer Utility.
Nevertheless, Case managers tagged to FN/ Applicant also plays a critical role in terms of alerts and reports. When a case manager is separated from a Firm, there was no easy way to transfer their assignment tagged at FN/ Applicant level. With this release, a new utility to bulk transfer Foreign National Case Manager is introduced.
Firm users with Tool’s access can access this utility from Setup > Settings > Organization Tools > Transfers.
2. Forms and Questionnaire Update
a. Global Framework is Updated with Indonesia Forms and Questionnaires

c. Character limit update for the field: Qualification/Degree
Applicable Editions: All editions
Applicable Country Subscription: All countries
With this release, we have increased the upper limit for the number of input characters for the field 'Qualification/Degree'. This will allow the users to enter data up to 4000 characters. The field is available under Proposed Job Info section.
3. Report 3.0 Update
a. Enhancements to the 'Yet to File' Report
Applicable Editions: Enterprise, Professional
Applicable Country Subscription: All countries (Except Canada)
The 'Yet to File' report fetches the number of open Cases/Applications that are not yet filed with the Govt. agencies. This is useful for the managers to keep a tab on the yet to be filed cases for each case manager. With this release we are adding new columns to enhance the report. These columns are intended to help case managers better prioritize their workload by viewing the yet to be filed cases alongside the FN's immigration details.
The following columns are added to the ‘Yet to File’ report:
- I-94 status
- H/L Max Out Date
- Advance Parole Valid To Date
- EAD Valid to Date
b. Enhancements to the Document Expiration - View by Document Report

With this release, we are enhancing the Document Expiration – View By Document report in Reports 3.0. This enhancement includes addition of all USA document expirations and global Firm Defined documents in View by Document Report.
Document Expiration – View by Document Report to include the following updates:
- All USA Documents under FN > Document Expiration to be included as part of the reporting data.
- All Global Firm Defined Documents to be included as part of the reporting data.
- Ability to include and group dependents by Main Applicant's Corporation. Case managers can now use this feature to view the details of Dependents along side their respective Principal Applicant.
c. New Ad-hoc Columns

The following fields have been added to the ad-hoc reporting:
- I-129S Valid To Date
- Case LCA Additional Work Location
- Additional Work Locations from the LCA attached to the Case are now reportable in the Ad-hoc reports for upto 10 work locations.
- Each 'Case LCA Additional Work Location' displays the data from Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City/Town, County, State/Province/District/Territory, Zip Code grouped into a single field.
