1. Improved Form Validations

Applicable Editions: Enterprise, Professional, Standard.

With the upcoming release, Form data validation feature is enhanced to improve data integrity, accuracy and user experience while drafting Forms in conformance with the government Forms.

Form validations are now On-screen, providing relevant messages when user moves away from a field while drafting forms. Data checks will also be performed on Save action ensuring better data integrity.

Note: This feature will be improved in phases starting with Forms required for the H-1B application.

2. e-filing Add-on Enhancements

Applicable Editions: Enterprise, Professional, Standard

In addition to 15 online forms for US Immigration, e-filing Add-on now supports following features -

1. USCIS Receipts Portal integration -
   1. Add receipts seamlessly to your myUSCIS account directly from INSZoom
   2. Delete old or no longer needed receipts from your myUSCIS account directly from INSZoom
2. Canada Express Entry - e-file Canada Express Entry online immigration form
3. Canada Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) - Submit assessment and check your CRS score directly from the INSZoom application (Only for Enterprise and Professional Editions)
4. Czech Republic Immigration Application Status - Check Application Status for Czech Republic Immigration Applications

3. Reports 3.0 Enhancements

Applicable Editions: Enterprise, Professional.

1. Global Countries Support - Now you can view dashboards/ reports for all subscribed countries
2. Drill-downs have been provided for the following reports -
   1. Work Summary Report
   2. HR/Corporation Portal Reports - Filed Summary Cases (Only for Enterprise Edition)
   3. Case Status - ‘Open Case(s) by Case-type’ bar charts and ‘Case status by Case-type’
3. New ADHOC fields – New ADHOC fields related to Case Processing Type have been added: 'Processing Type', 'Premium Processing Fee - Responsible Party', and 'Premium Processing Filing Type'.
4. PERM Report Enhancement – New PERM Process Module fields have been added to the PERM Report.
5. Order of Reporting columns can now be saved by clicking on Save/Share option in reports.
6. Paralegal Reporting Dashboard - Case Manager filter added in the paralegal/ case manager dashboard for partners/administrators to view work of any case manager/paralegal in the firm.

4. Case Manager Portal – Quick Search and Advanced Search

Case manager can now search clients and prospective clients by 'Phone number' (Residence, Work, Foreign, Mailing) in Quick Search and Advanced Search feature.

5. Text/SMS Communication service

Applicable Editions: Enterprise, Professional.

Now you can subscribe for Text/SMS Communication service for your firm directly.

This feature will aid Firm staff to work with their customers who either solely rely on text/sms or prefer text/sms over emails.  The "Text/SMS Communication" feature is currently inter-connected to a "One-Time-Password" (OTP) function that requires users to receive a one-time-password for email links sent by the firm. This will help provide an additional layer of security, authentication (validation via SMS/OTP) is required to access sensitive data and items assigned.

6. PERM Process Module Update

Applicable Editions: Enterprise, Professional.

Enhanced PERM Process Module with new fields.

All the fields are now reportable with Report 3.0.

7. Other Minor Enhancements

Applicable Editions: Enterprise, Professional.

1. Now you can manage (enable/disable) Passport Expiration Alert along with other documents using "Document Alert Settings" section in Foreign National (FN) Profile > Alert Settings.

 2. New Keywords added for Assignment/Project information as follows: -
