Product Updates - April 2026

1. GovNoticeIDP Enhancements

Applicable Editions: Enterprise, Professional
Applicable Country Subscription: United States of America
Applicable Users: Firms subscribed to GovNoticeIDP

With this release, INSZoom continues to enhance GovNoticeIDP to improve automation, accuracy, and overall efficiency in processing USCIS notices.

A. Priority Date Capture Extended to Support Approval Notices

With this release, GovNoticeIDP supports the extraction of priority date information from applicable approval and premium receipt notices for I-130 and I-140 case types.

  • When a supported approval notice containing a priority date is processed, GovNoticeIDP extracts the priority date and adds it to the INSZoom case under Details/Dates > Visa Priority Date Info/AOS Date Info. For more details on capturing and updating the priority date, refer to this article.

  • If a priority date already exists in the case, the system will skip the update to prevent overwriting the existing priority date. Skipped priority dates can be reviewed in the ‘Processed Files’ category for visibility.

This enhancement reduces manual data entry and ensures accurate capture of critical case timeline information.

B. Expanded Dependent Classification Support for I-539 Automated Updates

GovNoticeIDP now extends automated updates for I-94 and I-797 details in the Foreign National record for additional I-539 dependent classifications.

Newly supported classifications:

  • E-1S, E-1Y

  • E-2S, E-2Y

  • E-3S, E-3Y

  • L-2S, L-2Y

When applicable approval notices are processed:

  • I-94 (Current Arrival/Departure Info) is updated when available

  • I-797 and I-797 History sections are automatically updated

This enhancement expands automation coverage and reduces manual updates for dependent visa classifications.

C. Update to Automated Email Notifications

Previously, automated email notifications included the case petition type in the email body, which caused confusion in cases with multiple filings — approval of one form could be misinterpreted as approval of all the forms included in the case.

To address this, the case petition type field has been removed from email notification templates, improving clarity for firms managing complex cases.

2. Form Updates

Applicable Editions: All
Applicable Country Subscription: United States of America

The following declaration forms are now available in INSZoom:

  • I-129-PREPARER-DECLARATION

  • I-907-INTERPRETER-DECLARATION

  • I-907-PREPARER-DECLARATION

These forms are not officially published by USCIS and are not required for paper filings. However, they are required during online filing via myUSCIS for Forms I-129 and I-907.

INSZoom provides these forms to help users prepare in advance and streamline the online filing process.

How to use these forms:

  • Download the prefilled declaration form from INSZoom

  • Print and manually sign the form

  • Scan and retain a copy for upload during online filing

  • Optionally store the scanned copy in the ‘Case Documents’ section for record-keeping purposes.

This update enables a smoother and more efficient e-filing experience.
