Product Updates - April 2023
1. Authentication for Emailed Invoices/ Receipts

Currently, when a Case manager intends to email an invoice or receipt from the billing module, the emails are sent to the payer with an open access to the billing information contained in the invoice or receipt. As soon as the payer clicks on the link in the email received it redirects to the invoice or receipt with the billing information.
As part of the April 2023 release, invoices/receipts emailed from the billing module are enhanced to include additional authentication for the payer to access the relevant information. With this release, when a payer clicks on the links received in the emails with billing invoices/ receipts, they are redirected to an Authentication page to enter the 'one-time password (OTP)', which is similar to other secured modules in INSZoom.
This enhanced authentication enables additional security for emailed invoices/ receipts to help ensure that only authorized individuals have access to the billing information and is consistent with other secured modules in INSZoom.
2. Global Framework Updates
a. Germany Questionnaires Updates
