1. H2B eFiling with FLAG System

Applicable Editions: Enterprise, Professional

Use eFIling extension to electronically file the forms to FLAG system and other Gov online systems.

Expanding the eFiling capability with FLAG system, we are pleased to announce launch of H-2B, Temporary Labor Certification for Non-Agriculture Workers eFiling using INSZoom chrome extension.

No change needed if you are already using our eFiling extension. If you do not have our extension, launch a chrome browser, go to chrome extensions and add “INSZoom E-file” extension. Click here to view the extension.

2. Knowledge-Base > Events module Changes

Applicable Editions: Enterprise

Accomplish more with the Events module. Events module provides workflow automation and help improve operational efficiency. You can configure events at Knowledge-Base > Petition Type > Events.

1. Include sponsor questionnaire along with applicant in Event Email

For family-based petitions/cases, now you can configure event email to include Questionnaires for Sponsor along with Questionnaires for Applicant.

2. Change of language for Events module

Terms used for Action Mode are changed as below.

User Interface is changed to Prompt for review

Background is changed to Background/Automatic

3. Event – Action Email Signature

Email signature is now defaulted to blank while configuring a new Event > Action email. It used to pre-populate the signature of person configuring the action.

4. New Step Event > Action – Update Case Status

You can now automate the case status update when a case step status is updated. The action allows you to configure Case Status and Custom Case Status. Available mode is “Prompt for review”.

3. Introducing Case Processing Times for USA cases

Applicable Editions: Enterprise, Professional

Check the USCIS processing times seamlessly for a case.

 

In order to provide accurate “Estimated time range” for case processing times as per USCIS website, we have introduced “Processing Times” menu for cases filed for United States of America. It will replace existing “Service Center Info” and “District Office Info” menus. You can update the filing information for a case in “Processing Times” menu and it will calculate estimated processing time as per Gov provided period.

We are updating reports to include the estimated period and will be available by end of Dec-2019.

4. Client/Foreign National Profile header changes

Applicable Editions: Enterprise, Professional, Standard

  1. You can quickly preview the contact address of a Client/Foreign National by clicking the address card icon next to the name in the header.
  2. Removing the Client/Foreign National photo/picture option is moved to popup screen that opens on click of the photo/picture.

5. New Keywords

Applicable Editions: Enterprise, Professional

Automate your Letter and Contracts management process using keywords feature.

Following new keywords are added to the library.

Keyword for I-140 Case Receipt Number

Tag the “Petition Category” in Knowledge-Base > Petition Types for I-140 petition type, for application to recognize the I-140 cases.

6. To-Do module changes

Applicable Editions: Enterprise

Manage tasks with your staff and clients easily with To-Do module.

 

You can now filter the To-Dos by “Corporation” using “Filter” option next to “Assigned To” column.

7.  Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) module Enhancement

Applicable Editions: Enterprise

Boost the data security and privacy with Multi-factor authentication (MFA) feature. MFA is an authentication method in which user is granted access to application only after successfully presenting two or more pieces of evidence (or factors) to an authentication mechanism. This is a subscription feature. User need to use Login ID/Password and then additional authentication such as one-time code from Mobile App or SMS Text.

INSZoom MFA module now supports UNIVERSAL 2ND FACTOR (U2F) authentication. Created by the the FIDO (Fast IDentity Online) Alliance, Universal 2nd Factor (U2F) is a strong industry standard for two-factor authentication.

If you do not want to use your mobile for authentication, you can use this method. All you need is a U2F device, such as the YubiKey by Yubico (https://www.yubico.com/products/yubikey-hardware/)

8.  Prospect Intake Interface change

Applicable Editions: Enterprise, Professional

Connect the Prospect Intake module with your Firm's website to increase your leads engagement process.

 

Prospect intake interface theme is changed inline with the rest of the application and more neutral colors are used to suit your firm's website.
