Introduction

Renewing EADs, tracking receipts, interview or approval notices can be tedious if there is no proper historical view.Case managers would either search through the physical files or scanned documents on a local server, sometimes go through e-mail attachments or worse - call the client just to get a copy of older records. Attorneys often need immediate information when they are reviewing cases or when needing to give advice to client on what is the next best thing to do on a particular case.

As part of our ongoing process of adding functions and features to enhance INSZoom Case Management Software, we have added the ability to track the Immigration Status History of your Foreign Nationals.

Earlier, with every edit of the Foreign National Immigration information such as their I-797 and their Employment Authorization Document or Advance Parole info, the old information was overwritten by the new information. With this new update, INSZoom Case Managers will be able to maintain a history of the US Immigration information of Foreign Nationals without any additional effort.

• Easily maintain the US immigration information of their foreign nationals.
• Add new US immigration info for the Foreign Nationals' I-797 and their Employment Authorization Document/Advance Parole (EAD/AP) while maintaining the old records of US Immigration information to their Immigration Status History page.
