Case managers would send e-mail containing links with access codes for a client to access sensitive files or information related to their application. E-mail links are often passed on between clients, employers and or family members posing a security threat. The access code is often inputted or pasted incorrectly which on some occasions frustrates the client.
As part of our ongoing process of adding functions and features to enhance INSZoom Case Management Software, INSZoom is now providing an OTP Authentication Service! The feature is inter-connected to a "One-Time-Password" or OTP function that requires users to authenticate themselves via a one-time-password for email links sent by the firm. This will help provide an additional layer of security, authentication and validation via email which is required to access sensitive data. This feature is a total replacement of the existing email/links functionality and providing access to the Foreign National Portal is not required.
Users can now:
- Authenticate themselves prior to being provided access to items assigned
- Experience an increased level of secure access to sensitive information
