Product Updates - September 2025

1. Corporation > DOL Login Info No Longer Supported

Applicable Editions: All
Applicable Country Subscription: United States of America

As of the September 2025 release, the Corporation → DOL Login Info section is no longer used to populate Form ETA-9089 and has been marked obsolete. This section was originally tied to the legacy PERM process, which was replaced by the DOL FLAG portal.

What has changed:

  • The Corporation → Details section now serves as the source for Sponsor Information.

  • When a new case is created, details from the Corporation level are copied into Case → Details/Dates → Sponsor Info, which becomes the source of truth for populating Form ETA-9089:

    • Section A: Employer Information

    • Section B: Employer Point of Contact Information

  • Corporations that were not using the DOL Login Info section remain unaffected.

  • The DOL Login Info page will remain visible temporarily but is no longer supported and will be retired in a future release.

What this means for your firm:

  • Review the information under Corporation → Details to ensure correct information is mapped to the form ETA-9089.

  • No action is required if your firm does not have data in the Corporation → DOL Login Info section, as this means you are already using Corporation → Details as the source of employer information.

2. Updated Mapping of Labor Cert DOL Filing Date on Form I-140

Applicable Editions: All
Applicable Country Subscription: United States of America

As of the September 2025 release, INSZoom has updated the source mapping of the Labor Cert DOL Filing Date field in Part 5. Additional Information About the Petitioner on Form I-140. This field is now mapped to the Filed Date from the PERM receipt, instead of the Approval Date.

  • INSZoom questionnaires will automatically use the new mapping and source data from the Filed Date in the case PERM receipt, if available.

  • For case forms already added, the update will apply only if the form is refreshed.

Note: No data migration is performed as part of this change. If a Filed Date is not present in the PERM receipt, the field will remain blank.
