USA - Form Updates - 03/22/2021
On Friday, March 19, 2021. USCIS posted updated versions of several forms by removing the content related to the vacated 2019 Public Charge Final Rule.
With this announcement, INSZoom is working round the clock on updating USCIS forms associated with the implementation of decision vacating Public Charge Final Rule. INSZoom will be releasing the revised forms and questionnaires in phases.
Considering that several forms were impacted by this change, INSZoom will be prioritizing the Forms release based on its usage by our customers. These forms are estimated to be rolled out in phases in INSZoom starting from Tue, March 23, 2021, through Fri, March 26, 2021.
