The ETA-9141 is now submitted via the FLAG system

What changed:

The form ETA 9141 was filed online on the ICERT portal. Beginning Monday, June 10, OFLC will accept online submissions of the Application for Prevailing Wage Determination (Form ETA-9141) in the FLAG System covering all visa programs

How this affects you:

Starting June 25th, our clients are able to electronically file the ETA 9141 through INSZoom and the data will be pushed into the Foreign Labor Application Gateway (FLAG) portal.

Browser Compatibility:

Users will have to use Chrome browser
