Article 1: MFA Login Settings

Once the MFA subscription is activated and configured in INSZoom, and the user login for the first time using MFA, it asks for a Duo push notification; Once you finish authentication, you will have 2 options

First Option:  The first option is "Yes, this is my device." If you select this option, whenever the same user tries to login every time in the same browser, it doesn't ask for Duo push notifications; it directly logs in to the INSZoom web page.

Second Option:  The second option is "No, other people use this device". So, when the user tries to log in every time, it asks for a push notification. After the authentication, the user will be allowed to login to the INSZoom web page.
