Change Password for Vendor Case Manager

Follow the below steps to change the password for the vendor case manager:

  1. Go to 'My Settings' and then select 'My INSZoom'.
  2. Select the 'Others' option for 'Change Password'.
  3. Find the Vendor Case Manager that you want to change their password and select 'Choose' on the right side.
  4. Enter in the new password (following the requirements) and click 'Save'.
