Digital Docs Access For Vendor Case Managers

Follow the below steps to provide Digital Docs Access:

  1. Navigate to a client's profile and select 'Digital Docs' from the left menu. If there are documents uploaded, click the 'Access Rights' button.
  2. Check the boxes next to the documents you want to grant access to and select 'Yes' from the 'Vendor Access' drop-down. Or, you can check the box to set the entire list as 'Yes'.
  3. Click 'Save!'
