Digital Docs Access For Vendor Case Managers
Follow the below steps to provide Digital Docs Access:
- Navigate to a client's profile and select 'Digital Docs' from the left menu. If there are documents uploaded, click the 'Access Rights' button.
- Check the boxes next to the documents you want to grant access to and select 'Yes' from the 'Vendor Access' drop-down. Or, you can check the box to set the entire list as 'Yes'.
- Click 'Save!'
