Setting up an Email alert to send Questionnaire and Doc Checklist upon Case Creation
Follow the below steps to send an email automatically to the client/FN to send Questionnaire and Doc Checklist upon Case Creation.
- Navigate to Setup.
- Go to Settings and click Advance Settings.
- Type and Search for "case create" in the search box.
- Click on "Email".
- Click on the "Edit" button to set Send Questionnaire and Docs Checklist when the case is created to "Yes" and hit on "Save"
