Setting up an Email alert to send Questionnaire and Doc Checklist upon Case Creation

Follow the below steps to send an email automatically to the client/FN to send Questionnaire and Doc Checklist upon Case Creation.

  1. Navigate to Setup.
  2. Go to Settings and click Advance Settings.

  1. Type and Search for "case create" in the search box.

  1. Click on "Email".

  1. Click on the "Edit" button to set Send Questionnaire and Docs Checklist when the case is created to "Yes" and hit on "Save"
