Setting up Email alert to send Questionnaire and Doc Checklist upon Case Creation

This will automatically send email to client/FN for send Questionnaire and Doc Checklist upon Case Creation.

 

Navigate to Setup>>Settings>> Advance Settings

Type and Search for "case create"

Click on "Email"

Click on "Edit" button to set Send Questionnaire and Docs Checklist when case created to "Yes" and hit on "Save"
