This article will demonstrate the process of Copying Petition from Zoom-defined to Firm-defined.

Copy Petition from Zoom-defined to Firm-defined

Follow the below steps to copy the petition from Zoom-defined to Firm-defined: 

  1. Navigate to the 'Setup' and click 'Knowledge Base'. You will land on the petition templates page. Click on 'Zoom Petition Templates'.
  2. Find the petition to select and click the 'Copy' icon on the left side.
  3. This will open a pop-up confirming which parts of the petition you want to copy over and what the name should be.
  4. After clicking 'Save', the petition will be available in your 'Firm Petition Templates'.
