How do I create an email templates?

Follow the below steps to create an email template:

  1. Navigate to 'Setup' (Left Menu) and click 'Knowledge Base'.
  2. Click 'Email Template' under 'Support Letter Templates'.
  3. Click the arrow beside the 'Add New Email Template' in the action.
