This article will guide you on how to create custom case statuses for you to update on your currently open cases.

Petition Status Templates

Follow the below steps to see the petition status template:

  1. Navigate to 'Setup' (Left Menu) and click 'Knowledge Base'.
  2. Select 'Petition Status Templates' in the left menu.
  3. Add a custom status by clicking 'Add New'.
  4. Include a description and click 'Save'.
  5. To use this new status, head to the case info page and click on 'Details/Dates' in the left menu.
  6. Click 'Edit' and select your new status where it says 'Customized Case Status'.
  7. The updated status is displayed under 'Current Case Status'.
