How do I create a custom field?

Follow the below steps to create a custom field:

  1. Navigate to "Setup" (Left Menu) and click "Knowledge Base".
  2. Select “Custom Fields” under "Other Templates".
  3. Click on Add and update all the mandatory fields.
  4. Click "Save".
