This article will guide you on how to create firm-defined petitions statuses that can be used within your cases.

Add/Create a New Case Status

Note: This feature doesn't disable the current system defined Case Status - Open/Approved/Closed. All status created/added through the below process will be captured under the case page in Status & Reminders/Steps.

Navigate to 'Setup' and click 'Knowledge Base'. 

Click 'Petition Status Templates' under the 'Other Templates' section.

Click 'Add New' and add the template info and click 'Save'.

To use the new case status, find the case you want to update, select 'Status & Reminders/Steps' in the left menu, select 'Change Status' and find your new case status.
