The below instructions will guide you on how to add a new Client Type/Category on Knowledgebase.

Add Client Type/Category

Client categories can be used to differentiate the types of clients an organization encounters. These are captured in the Prospects Module.

  1. First, navigate to 'Setup' and select 'Knowledge Base'.
  2. Click on 'Client Categories' under the 'Other Templates' section.
  3. Click on 'Add New Category' and enter the new category name.
  4. Now, when you create a new prospective client or revisit an existing one, you can choose the 'Client Type' to add to their profile.
