[WIP] Downloading the Autofill Plug-in For e-File (Internet Explorer)

NOTE: Please use Windows 8.1 and above for full compatibility.

To begin, navigate to an e-file form at the case level and click on the 'e-File' icon.

From there, follow the prompts to download the plug-in:
