Foreign National / Client Profile Questionnaire
Introduction
Client profile Questionnaire is a feature designed to add/include a section for a customized questionnaire in the profile page. Since the questionnaire was modified to include all sections, subsections, fields needed to gather necessary information, this allows the user to view all the fields in one whole section instead of going through a module.
A. Benefits
- Enhanced User Experience: No need to extend access on email link for expired access code or sending another email questionnaire link/Assign a To-do if the confirmation was submitted in accident.
- Increased Flexibility and Employee Productivity Employees can gather the necessary information without sending an Email questionnaire link or Assigning it as To-do to multiple foreign national. They are able access various applications more quickly and focus on other tasks, without the hassle of tracking if the questionnaire was sent or being submitted.
- Better information management: having the questionnaire accessible for both users, the collection and management of information from one or more sources and the distribution of that information to one or more audience is updated
B Setup
I. Questionnaire Template
Create a customized questionnaire to include all the sections, subsections and fields needed to gather necessary information by following either set of steps below:
Create a Client Questionnaire
1. Navigate to 'Setup' and click 'Knowledge Base'
2. Select 'Questionnaire Template' under 'Questionnaire Templates'.
3. Select the 'Add Client Questionnaire' button.
4. Create a questionnaire name and select any sections you want to include below. Click 'Save'.
5. Click 'Subsections' to set the sequence of each section, then click 'Fields' to select the fields that appear in each section.
6. Select if the field is mandatory or read-only on the right side of the field name and click 'Save'.
7. Again, click 'Save and Preview'. Review the form, return to the subsection menu to make any changes, or click 'Save' to save the questionnaire.
Edit the Questionnaire Templates:
1. Navigate to 'Setup' and click 'Knowledge Base'.
2. Select 'Questionnaire Template' under the 'Questionnaires Templates' section.
3. Click on the questionnaire you'd like to edit.
4. Select 'Add/Remove Section' and then 'Subsections' to add/remove/edit fields within that specific subsection.
5. Note: You can't edit a 'Zoom' questionnaire in this setting. If you want to edit one of those template questionnaires, you'll need to select 'Copy To' and add that questionnaire to your templates (which will happen automatically once you click 'Save' within the 'Copy to' pop-up). Then it will be editable.
6. After you've edited/added/removed any subsections, make sure to save the questionnaire.
II. Setting the feature in CM portal
Navigate to My Settings >> My INZoom >> Client Profile Customization >> Mine / Others >> Attach Profile Questionnaire.
III. Setting the feature to a specific Corporation clients:
1. Navigate to Corporation linked to the Foreign national and click ‘Advance Settings’ (under Security and Tools)
2. Click (+) on Client Settings
3. Click (+) on Portal Configuration and click ‘Link Client Profile Questionnaire’
4. Click ‘Attached’ to link a questionnaire or the ‘Delete’ icon beside existing questionnaire. (Note: Please unlink the existing questionnaire and then click link button)
5. Choose the Country’ then type in the search criteria to view a list of all potential matches.
6. Tick the item selected and hit ‘Save’.
Case managers can use this feature to attach specific questionnaires to particular corporations.
NOTE: Once the Questionnaire is set up in the CM portal and FN Portal, users can view and update the information in the questionnaire.
