Obtain Referral Source information from a Client Profile

Referral Sources are individuals/organizations who refer a prospective client. Tracking this can be an important tool for business growth.

  1. Navigate to the 'Client Info' page and click on 'Passport Info' under the 'Detailed Info' section.

  1. Once on the 'Passport Info' page, scroll down to the 'Additional Info' section, click 'Edit'.

  1. A pop-up window will appear, and if you scroll down, you will find the 'Referral Source' field to edit.
