Obtain Referral Source information from a Client Profile
Referral Sources are individuals/organizations who refer a prospective client. Tracking this can be an important tool for business growth.
- Navigate to the 'Client Info' page and click on 'Passport Info' under the 'Detailed Info' section.
- Once on the 'Passport Info' page, scroll down to the 'Additional Info' section, click 'Edit'.
- A pop-up window will appear, and if you scroll down, you will find the 'Referral Source' field to edit.
