Inactivate Client Profile

A client's profile can be inactivated so that the reminders linked to the client are deactivated.

  1. Navigate to the 'Client Info' page.
  2. Click on 'Profile' under 'Detailed Info' section.
  3. Click on 'Edit'.

  1. Scroll down to 'Status' and click on 'Inactivate.'
