Extend Access for an Expired Email Link (Questionnaire, Doc Checklist etc.)
Navigate to the 'Case Info' page that you would like to extend access for. Choose 'Emails' under 'Communications'.
Choose the email that was used to send the questionnaires to the client. Click on the email to open it.
This will open a new window with the sent email. From the drop down menu near the top of the window select ‘Change Access Date.’
Another window will open with the current access date along with an editable field labeled ‘New Expiration Date.’ Change the date to the desired access date and click ‘Save.’
The client will now have access to the questionnaires until the new date.
