This article will guide you on how to submit ETA-9035E on FLAG System.

ETA-9035E on FLAG System

The ETA-9035E is now submitted via the FLAG system.

As announced by OFLC, FLAG System is being developed to replace the legacy iCERT System. FLAG System's LCA Program Module will be enabled and accept online submissions of the Form ETA-9035E starting October 1, 2019 12:00 PM EST.

With INSZoom, you can start filing Form ETA-9035E as soon as Flag system is available. INSZoom supports electronic filing through chrome browser extension only.

No change needed if you are already using our eFiling extension.

If you do not have our extension, launch a chrome browser, go to chrome extensions and add “INSZoom E-file” extension. Click here to view the extension.

You can continue to electronically file ETA-9035 form by clicking on “E-FILE” button next to the form listed in required Case Forms list.
