This article will guide you on how to enable and use the addendum feature.

Form Addendum

Follow the below steps for Form Addendum:

  1. Navigate to the forms page at the case level and click the 'Addendum' icon.

  1. Enter any additional information required for the form and then click 'Save'.

  1. To see the addendum in the form, click 'Print'.
