Create a Case for an Existing Client

Forms Edition Workflow

Follow the below steps to create a case for an existing client:

  1. From the Client List page, select a client.
  2. Scroll to 'List of Forms For Open Or Active Case' and select  'Add New Case/Forms'.
  3. Complete all mandatory fields.
  4. Click Add Case.
  5. Standard, Professional and Enterprise Edition Workflow.
  6. From the Client Info page, select Add Case/Forms to the client.
  7. Complete all mandatory fields.
  8. Click Add Case.
