Add Forms to a Case

  1. In the Case Info page, scroll to 'Document Assembly' in the sub-menu and click 'Forms'.

  1. Search the Form in the Search Box.
  2. Click on 'Add' button.

  1. Once it's added, click on the Form Number to open the Form.
  2. Update the Applicant, Sponsor, Preparer, and Attorney information.

  1. Click 'Save'.
