Setting up Group Calendar

In the Calendar menu, we have the option to set up an appointment with a group.

  1. Navigate to the Calendar, then click on Group Calendar under Appointment only.

  3. Once on the “Firm Group Calendar” page, click on “Group Appointment/Activity.


  1. Fill out all the details on “Add New Group Appointment/Activity” .
  2. Tick on “Required confirmation for the attendant to receive email notification for their confirmation to their calendar.
  3. Click “Save”.
