Setting up Group Calendar
In calendar, we have an option to set up the appointment in a group.
Navigate to Calendar then click on Group Calendar under Appointment only. Then choose Consolidated view once you select on the date to set the appointment.
Once on the “Firm Group Calendar” page Click on “Group Appointment/Activity.
Filled out all the details on “Add New Group Appointment/Activity” . Tick on “Required confirmation for the attendant to receive email notification for their confirmation to their calendar. Then hit on “Save”
