| 1. From the left pane options, Click Advancing Belonging and Inclusion (ABI) → Observances. 2. In the page appears, Copy the Calendar URL using the Copy URL to Integrate button. |

| 3. For Integrating the calendar with customer calendar, click Click for Calendar Integration button. |

| 4. Users will get to see a pop up, to choose between the calendar for integration from Google calendar or Outlook calendar. |

A: No, not with the current functionality.

A: No, you will need to click the link on the calendar event and download the content from within the ABI calendar itself.

A: No, after 24 hours the calendar will become blank.

A: Your calendar typically syncs with your integrated calendar approximately once every 24 hours. Unfortunately, there isn't a built-in option to adjust this sync frequency directly within Google Calendar settings.
Q: Can I customize which events sync between my integrated calendar and my calendar?
A: Calendars typically do not support selectively syncing specific events from an ICS feed and when an Integrated calendar settings feed is added, all events are imported.
