About This Release

This release has improved Offline Negotiation and Approval Queues, and fixed some bugs.

Enhancements

• Offline Negotiation. ContractRoom now supports colors to list items in documents for offline negotiation.

• Table of Contents. Admin users now can activate Table of Contents for documents negotiated offline from the Framework Builder settings. This feature allows users to see a table of contents in their documents when using Microsoft Word and when downloading them as PDF.

Bug Fixes

Fixed the following issues:

• ContractRoom Express would create records twice.
• ContractRoom didn't notify the approvers of request changes under the approval process performed by the request creator.
• Users couldn't take child agreements approval tasks from the queues section.
