Appendix B: "Start New Document" Dialog Box Options

This section describes each option available in the Start New Document dialog box.

  • Document Source: Select the option of where you want to start your Agreement from

  • Use framework: Choose one of your assigned frameworks to start drafting the Agreement

  • Upload MS Word or text file: Upload an existing Microsoft Word file to draft your Agreement.

  • Duplicate an existing agreement: Create a copy of an existing Agreement generated in the platform to draft your Agreement.

  • Company name: Enter the name of your company.

  • Allow offline edits: This option enables you and the counterparty to make edits in the Agreement outside of the platform.
