Corridor - Submit Multiple Types of Taxes on LEDES 1998BI (ex. VAT and Withholding)

Only one type of Tax can be submitted in the LEDES file for each invoice. Therefore, the vendor should submit the VAT tax in the LEDES file. The Withholding Tax can be submitted as a separate Expense Line Item. An Expense Code will need to be assigned (i.e., E124) to use for the Withholding Tax expense.
