Corridor - Law Firm Name Change
A Law firm's name can be changed by an Administrator, as described in this article. However, you will need to inform us as well, so that, that change can be made in eCounsel as well.
For Adminstrators and Managers:
The law firm has the ability to change their name in Corridor by editing their profile. Once logged in, on the home page click on "Edit Firm Profile", under Administration, edit your firm name, and click Save.
However, this only changes in Corridor, and not in eCounsel on the clients side (contact the client to inform them of the change). Please notify Corridor Support, so we can update our records for Accounting purposes.
