Corridor 3.1.0 Service Pack 9

These release notes detail the information related to Enhancements, Improvements, and Resolved Issues in Corridor 3.1.0 SP 9 released on September 8, 2025.  And this release introduces a new Invoice Decimal Rounding UI for better control over manual invoice precision, and updates to Veteran, LGBTQI, and Disabled fields—now dropdowns for improved data consistency.

Installation Instructions

1. Stop the Corridor application on the Java application server. 
2. Back up the Corridor Web application in the WebApps folder on the Java application server. Delete the contents of the Corridor folder in WebApps after making the backup. 
3. Rename the Corridor.3.1.9.0.war file to the deployed filename in the WebApps folder. Copy the newly named war file to the WebApps folder and overwrite the current file contents. 
4. Unzip the new war file into the Corridor folder in WebApps. 
5. From the backup of the previous deployment, copy the \WEB-INF\Utilities.properties file to the same location in the newly exploded war file on the Java application server. 
6. Restart the Corridor application on the Java application server. 
7. Log in to Corridor as an Admin user and verify the settings.

Database Script Instructions

1. Use your preferred database tool, for example, SQL Server Management Studio, to back up your Corridor database.
2. Log in to your query tool as an administrative user.
3. Open the appropriate script for your database. It is contained in a ZIP file.

4. Extract and run the SQL script.

Enhancements/Improvements

Enhancement: New Invoice Decimal Rounding UI in Corridor.
Description:  The new Invoice Decimal Rounding UI lets you customize the number of decimal places supported for Corridor manual invoice inputs. Administrators can access the new UI from Home → Administration → Invoice Decimal Rounding.

Enhancement: We changed Veteran, LGBTQI, and Disabled from checkboxes to dropdown lists.
Description: We have changed the Veteran, LGBTQI, and Disabled checkboxes to dropdown lists to capture the correct values: Yes, No, and Undefined in the Lookup codes synchronization and Timekeeper form.

Bug Fixes

Issue: Corridor allowed synced invoices to share the same task code 
Description: We fixed an issue where repeated task codes caused invoices synced from Suite to Corridor to assign one task code to two line items and set both line items in an unknown phase.
