Enhancements/Improvements

Enhancement: Controlled Visibility of FAPIO Tax Authority Field.
Description: A new field, FAPIO Tax Enabled, has been added to client profiles to control the visibility of the FAPIO tax authority field. The FAPIO tax authority field is now hidden unless the client is using CSM version 8.1 or higher.

  • Default Behavior (FALSE): When FAPIO Tax Enabled is set to FALSE, the FAPIO field is hidden across all invoice user interface (UI) areas, including:
    • Invoice Header
    • Preview & Submit
    • Invoice Summary
    • Tax Authority edit popup
  • Enabled Behavior (TRUE): When FAPIO Tax Enabled is set to TRUE, and the invoice is configured to display tax authority fields, the FAPIO field becomes visible.

This enhancement ensures that only clients using CSM 8.1 or later can access the FAPIO tax authority field, improving compliance and enhancing the user experience.

Fixed Issues

Issue: Timekeepers were getting assigned from offices with a disabled client status in multi-office firms. Collaborati now restricts timekeeper assignment to offices where the client status is enabled, ensuring assignments occur only from eligible offices.
