Invoice is Multiplying Certain Fields

When using international vendors, the Locale setting in Collaborati can sometimes cause fields to multiply. Complete the following procedure to resolve this issue.

  1. Clear your web browser's cache and history. Please refer to your web browser's help documentation for the steps needed to take these actions.
  2. Close and re-open your web browser.
  3. Log in to Collaborati.
  4. Click on Preferences.
  5. Change the Locale setting to English (United States).
  6. Click Save.
  7. Log out and log back in to Collaborati.
  8. Create a test invoice.
