If you are unable to search your rate request, make sure that you have selected your Office and clicked the "Clear" button in the Search Filters in your "Rate Requests" page.

The Collaborati rate request search uses "Sticky Search". This means that Collaborati keeps search fields populated with the most recent text until you press the "Clear" button. This feature enables you to pick up where you left off since your last search.

Once this is cleared, please try searching for your rate request again and you should be able to find it.
