If you have already followed the instructions in the article above and you do not see the matter you are looking for, there are several possible reasons. Please review the list below:
Your client has assigned the matter to your firm, but there is a delay in the sync connection to Collaborati, so you may need to wait an hour or two for it to appear.
Solution: Wait a few hours to see if the matter appears.
Your law firm has more than one account in Collaborati, perhaps for different accounts/locations, and the matter is assigned to the other account/location.
Solution: Login to the other account to see if the matter is there. If you don't have access to the other account, contact your Collaborati Adminstrator to see if they are able to check, otherwise contact Collaborati Support for assistance.
Matter Not Assigned Yet
Your client has not assigned the matter to your firm yet.
Solution: Contact your client and ask them to assign the matter to your firm.
Matter Not Assigned - request assistance
Your client has not assigned the matter to your firm correctly.
Solution: Contact your client and ask them to assign the matter to your firm and if they have done so already, to work with their support team to resolve this issue.
