Invoice Discount Amount Contains Invalid Value or Tax Contains Invalid Value

These error messages might occur while creating a manual invoice in the 'Taxes & Discounts' page when you insert a discount or tax value. 

You can follow these steps to resolve this issue:

  1. Clear cache and browser history (see steps below)
  2. Login to Collaborati
  3. Click on the Preferences (top right)

  4. Change the Locale to "English (United States)" and save

  5. Logout and Login again
  6. Try to create your invoice

 

CLEARING THE CACHE

  1. Here are the steps that you can follow to clear the cache for Internet Explorer.
  • Please click on CTRL+F5 on your keypad, (this may flash but it is ok)
  • OR
  • Click on the Gear or Tools
  • View the Internet Options
  • On the General tab, click Delete under Browsing History in the Internet Properties dialog box

  • Delete Browsing History dialog box, click to clear the history, and then click Delete.

2. Here are the steps that you can follow to clear the cache for Firefox.

  • Click on the “History” Menu
  • Select the “Clear Recent History"

  • Click on "Clear Now"

PLEASE NOTE:  You must close your browser and re-open for these changes to take effect.
