Collaborati: Can I make attachments to an invoice that has already been submitted? Can I edit an invoice that has been submitted?

Status: Waiting for Client to Accept

Once you submit an invoice in Collaborati and the status is now "Waiting for Client to Accept", you can go to your "Track Invoices" page and search for the invoice you have submitted. You can click on the "Cancel" button to recall the invoice you have just submitted. 

When the invoice is canceled, please refer to the "Collaborati: How do I attach a document to a LEDES file?" instructions if you need assistance on how to add attachments.

Status: Pending Client Approval

If the invoice was submitted in Collaborati and the status is now "Pending Client Approval", you will not be able to add anymore attachments to an invoice. You will need to contact your client and have them reject the invoice so that you can resubmit the invoice with the attachments you needed to make. 

Status: Rejected

If the invoice is rejected by the client, you will need to resubmit the invoice.  Please refer to the "Collaborati: How do I attach a document to a LEDES file?" instructions if you need assistance on how to add attachments.
