Mark Risk Assessment as Favorite In Events

With this new enhancement, the CMO users can now mark a risk assessment from the Event Performance screen as a favorite and use the marked risk assessment as a template.

An option to mark risk assessment as a favorite is displayed to users when they are on the Risk Assessment tab while performing an audit/event and the user can mark the RA as a favorite only once in the event performance screen.

When the risk assessment is marked as a favorite, the system auto generates a unique name. This name is editable by the user and can be changed when required. Besides this, the user can view the marked favorite RA in the RA master and can edit/delete the favorite RA from the RA master.

Steps to Save the RA Template as Favorite in Events

1.      Log in to the CMO application.

2.      Go to the Dashboard/Event module to create a new Event.

Note: The user can add risk assessment to the already created Event or create a new Event and then add it from both the Dashboard (via Event widget)/Event module.

3.      In the Events module, click New to create a new Event.

Note: The user can either edit the RA grid to create a new RA template or add an RA template from the RA master. Once the grid is enabled with the template, the user can save the RA template as a favorite. If there is no data in the RA grid, the app displays a validation message and does not save the RA template as a favorite.

7.    Once the Save Favorite RA button is selected, the app displays a message window pop-up.

8.     Once the RA template is saved as a favorite, the user can load the marked as a favorite template whenever required.

9.     To load the favorite template, the user must select the ‘Load Favorite RA’ in the Risk Assessment section in the Event Performance screen.

10.    The app displays the RA Favorite List pop-up with a ‘Favorite RA Name’ field dropdown to select the RA template that is marked as a favorite. The user should select the template from the dropdown. Once the template is selected, the favorite template data is displayed in the RA grid.
