Access Risk Assessment Form Master Template While Performing Events

CMO introduces a new option to access/add risk assessments manually while performing Events. The user can edit/add new risk assessment information to the risk assessment template selected from the risk assessment module.

Steps to access/add Risk Assessment:

  1. Log in to the CMO application.
  2. Go to the Dashboard/Event module to create a new Event.

Note: The user can add risk assessment to the already created Event or create a new Event and then add it from both the Dashboard (via Event widget)/Event module.

3. In the Events module, click New to create a new Event.

4. In the new Event form, fill in all the mandatory fields and click Save and Perform. The user can add Risk Assessment to the Event only when the user performs the Event.

5. From the performance screen, select the Risk Assessment option. The Risk Assessment screen is displayed.

6. Click on the RA master list to add a Risk Assessment template which is already created in the Risk Assessment module.

Note: The user can enter Risk Assessment into the Event manually by selecting the Edit button.

7. A new RA Master List pop-up window appears. Select the required Risk Assessment template from the dropdown and click Save.

8. The selected Risk Assessment template is imported to the Event.
